By accessing our website or engaging WeOnline Inc. for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

WeOnline provides digital services including web design and development, brand identity, SEO, AI automation, and MVP launch packages. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal agreed upon in writing between WeOnline and the client.

MVP Launch (5-Day)

Our 5-Day MVP Launch service is contingent on the client providing all required assets, copy, and approvals within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery window. The 5-day timeline begins upon receipt of all materials and full payment.

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon completion. For ongoing retainer services, invoices are issued monthly in advance. WeOnline reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of work in the event of non-payment.

Client-owned deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom design and development work produced specifically for their project, including source files where specified in the project agreement.

WeOnline-owned assets

WeOnline retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in the delivery of services. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Portfolio rights

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, WeOnline reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all required content and assets within agreed timeframes. Clients are also responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any materials provided to WeOnline for use in their project.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project proposal. Requests that fall outside the original agreed scope will be scoped and quoted separately. WeOnline will notify the client of any scope change before proceeding.

WeOnline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project. WeOnline does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth, search rankings, or conversion rates.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. WeOnline will deliver all completed work files upon receipt of final payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeOnline Inc. is registered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
